There are times in our lives when we allow orselves to intertwine
With souls that are far from divine, but in the midst of life
We don't realize that this tie is an entrapment until it is revealed
Even though you have lived this way for so long
Accepting this tie as REAL love; truly that is not what it is
It is an evil force that has come to suck you dry and keep you bound
What does a healthy emotional soul tie look like?
It fills you up and adds to you
It Loves as God loves unconditionally and prevails thru all things
It never fails..
Unhealthy emotional soul ties destroy your very being
It disguises itself as REAL LOVE so that you accept it
It longs for you to harbour it and feed it so that it may grow
Only to leave you empty handed and feeling a void longing for it more and more
It will never satisfy you, no matter how long you hold on
It has come to kill your dreams of TRUE LOVE and make u feel inadeqaute
Because you have endured this pain so long it becomes a norm
You accept it and deny yourself the TRUTH
This Unhealthy Emotional Soul tie must be CUT
In order for you to prosper and elevate in TRUTH
So you ask what do I do?
Let go and Let God!!
Be honest and let the revelation of this truth marinate within you
Surrender to the only power that can bring you thru
Allow YHWH (God) to guide you on this journey
Truth will set you FREE and RELEASE this tie that has had u bound!
It's never too late to LIVE! The journey begins now...
Unhealthy emotional soul ties no longer...
Knowledge is Power... GET FREE!!!!
Encouraging words from the Soul of a Woman Inspired by God...To God be the Glory..Praise YHWH!

New Day, New Grace, New Mercies
Living in the USA has become a thought of the past. Many dream to get to the land of the Brave the home of the free, But me I am inspired to live beyond those dreams and fantasies. I live in this country yet I know the truths of poverty and ill stricken areas. No it's not like a third world country, but must we go forgotten and unspoken of?
The media of today portrays the USA as a well put together place when actuality it is far from that. Yet many struggle to get an education and vocation which will better their trade. Others struggle to make ends meet. No diploma or degrees to show just life experiences in survival of the fittest. I believe each day of life given is an opportunity for new graces and new mercies from on high. Yet we exist only because of a higher power.
Yes I believe in the Creator! I believe that there is one who is beyond reproach. One who fashioned this very world we now live in. One who holds the world in palm. The universe is not so vast that God does not know its interiors. Yet we live in a world that has many opportunties with few limitations. So I dare not to dwell in the statues of limits, but reaching beyond those things, I began to achieve my goals making my own path.
For I truly believe it were not for my creator the days would cease to come for me and life would be without abundant living. Today is a new day and I have chosen to write about it. What will you do with your day and opportunity given? This is just a thought. The USA is where I was given to live so therefore the foundation for my destiny lies within this land. So I shall go forth and seek out my destiny for truly it sees me.
The day has come and yet the journey continues... New Day, New Grace, New Mercies!!

One demon Won't Stop No show!!
I know y'all travel in packs and start with one soul
Trying to devour it and take control
Well lemme just tell u One demon aint gon stop no show
Yeah y'all got trickery and deceit
All ready to go
Well I got my Father, his Son and the Holy Ghost
Y'all been shaken up things and giving me a run for my soul
But still I'm saying, one demon don't stop no show
I know there are legions of y'all and you come in droves
But all I need is ONE savior and he makes me pure as Gold
Giving me strength, power, insight, wisdom & discernment
Power to speak life over myself and others
Declaring and decreeing that you be cast into the fire, no longer for hire
Telling yo high priest he must flee
That's right the word say so When I resist you
You must go!! No questions asked
But I know u will return with more than you came with
And I'll be saying again, one demon won't stop no show
For all of you are as one to my God for you have no power
Other than what you are allowed
And I know you coming for me because I've been endowed
My power is not of my own, but in YHWH I stand strong
So hear my voice and tell yo folk that this one right chea
Ain't no joke!! I might bend but I won't break,
I might fall but I'm getting back up
Because the God I serve has already declared me CHAMPION
And as fo you and yours the war has begun
I'm still trekking on though, sorry you thought I was done!
Soldier is in my blood, thought you knew that when my
Christ gave his life to declare his love
Not only for me but unto YHWH
His quest was fulfilled, so you see no matter what u do
You can't have me.. the missions I was ordained to fulfill I shall
For I have the protection of Most High and when YHWH say it's done it's done..
Told ya one demon won't stop no show...
*Dedicated to hasatan and all the demons that serve'em*
~Those who have ears I pray that you will hear and be empowered by this piece knowing that satan has no authority in your life but you have control when you humbly submit your will unto God.. Shalom~

My thoughts on Lil Wayne's new Single "How To Love"....
First upon hearing this single I was intrigued by the beat and melodious melody and raspy vocals of the artist Lil Wayne! I was waiting for some vulgar degrading lyrics but instead I was intrigued by the deep meaning beyond what was being vocalized. This song is intriguing in so many ways. For me it exemplifies the raw talent that lies within the artist and how he is capable of digging deeper than what has been recently displayed in records regarding women. Lately I have been inspired to pay special attention to this artist for I believe that a different connotation will soon come from him and it will affect his audeience tremendously.
In a recent interview with Rolling Out Lil Wayne speaks on the inspiration for his single "How to Love"... “That song is just sweeping the world. It’s touching every woman, that’s what it was for,” he said. “It was like Tupac had ‘Keep Ya Head Up’ and it was a message to women and little girls across the world just to keep your head up even though things are hard. That’s what my song was. A lot of women don’t know how to love because there’s deep reasons for them not knowing how to love,” Lil Wayne explained. “And what I mean by deep reasons is deep and dark reasons. A lot of people don’t open up that can, and I figured that I can open up that can of worms and see what happens.”
–Nicholas Robinson
It speaks to me (SistahKenya) because I know the struggle of this woman on the road to learning How To Love. Although it seems that Lil Wayne is still targeting a sterotypical woman (a stripper) I do believe some women will be able to relate to this song if they are honest with themselves. The Carter IV is set to come out in August 2011 and many are anxious to hear what Lil Wayne will bring to the industry next. At the tender age of 28 Dewayne Michael Carter seems to be in his prime, but much talk of him retiring has been the hot topic.
In the July/Aug issue of XXL Lil Wayne speaks of retiring soon to raise his children attentively. He qoutes "Honestly, this is the truth. I think it's unfair to my kids. I am super dedicated into what I do. Like, it's no questions hands down, I do this, I live this. I don't have a day out of my week that I do something else....." "Like I said it's unfair to my kids so about 30,31,32 I gotta get ready. I got three boys and one daughter. She's gonna be a teenager and they gonna be growing up. They gonna be five or six. It's time to get them.... I'm not trying to have no nanny do that or no uncle or no shit like that. No stepdad or no shit like that . I was raised like don't let no other man take care of yours. Even if you gotta take the sacrifice of quitting what you love the most. Like I said I'm finished about 31, 32 that's it, shawty."
I admire Lil Wayne's focus on raising his children. I believe it's important for all children to bond with their father. Anyways I thought I would share with you, my peeps, the latest intriguing thoughts of Sistah Kenya on this hip-hop mogul who was born and raised in my hometown New Orleans, LA. One day me and Lil Wayne will sit and chat about deeper things. That will be the day! One I look forward to.. Check out the lyrics to "How To Love" below and leave ya coments.. Holla back... Peace... JAH BLESS
Intro - Lil Wayne]
Cut the music up
A lil’ louder
Yeah
[Chorus - Lil Wayne]
You had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, couldn’t never figure out
How to love, how to love
You had a lot of moments that didn’t last forever
Now you in the corner tryna put it together
How to love, how to love
[Hook - Lil Wayne]
For a second you were here, now you over there
It’s hard not to stare, the way you moving your body
Like you never had a love, never had love
[Verse 1 - Lil Wayne]
When you was just a young’un, your looks were so precious
But now your grown up, so fly it’s like a blessing
But you can’t have a man look at you for 5 seconds
Without you being insecure
You never credit yourself so when you got older
It’s seems like you came back 10 times over
Now you’re sitting here in this damn corner
Looking through all your thoughts and looking over your shoulder
[Chorus - Lil Wayne]
See you had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, couldn’t never figure out
How to love, how to love
See you had a lot of moments that didn’t last forever
Now you in this corner tryna put it together
How to love, how to love
[Hook - Lil Wayne]
For a second you were here, now you over there
It’s hard not to stare, the way you moving your body
Like you never had a love, had a love
[Verse 2 - Lil Wayne]
Ooohh, you had a lot of dreams that transform to visions
The fact that you saw the world affected all your decisions
But it wasn’t your fault, wasn’t in your intentions
To be the one here talking to me, be the one listening
But I admire your poppin’ bottles and dippin’
Just as much as you admire bartending and strippin’
Baby, so don’t be mad, nobody else trippin’
You see a lot of crooks and the crooks still crook
[Chorus - Lil Wayne]
You see you had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, couldn’t never figure out
How to love, how to love
See you had a lot of moments that didn’t last forever
Now you in this corner tryna put it together
How to love, how to love
[Verse 3 - Lil Wayne]
Ooohh, see I just want you to know
That you deserve the best
You’re beautiful
You’re beautiful
Yeahh
And I want you to know
You’re far from the usual
Far from the usual
[Chorus - Lil Wayne]
You see you had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, couldn’t never figure out
How to love, how to love
See you had a lot of moments that didn’t last forever
Now you in this corner tryna put it together
How to love, how to love
See you had a lot of crooks tryna steal your heart
Never really had luck, couldn’t never figure out
How to love, how to love
Yeahh, see you had a lot of moments that didn’t last forever

The Casey Anthony Case
For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matt 7:2
My disclaimer on this case: How long will we as people allow the MEDIA to dictate to us how we should think, live, eat dress, etc? Although this case is one that hits home in the hearts of many parents and Christians I would like to make a bold statement. There will come a time when those in high places whether it be government or media will say things that is not TRUE!! They have already done it. For those who have a RELATIONSHIP with YHWH I beg you to ask God for wisdom and discernment regarding issues such as this and learn to look at things of this nature thru the eyes of GOD and not the emotions of man.
We are flesh and we make mistakes. No One is perfect! New graces and mercies is gven to us all daily. Although this Mother took 31 days to report her child missing I do realize there are more underlying issues within her mind. (Sexual Abuse) Being one who was molested as a young girl from ages 5-12 I know what that is like. But no one knows but me and others who have experienced it what it is like to live with that travesty. It changes you! Sexually, mentally, emotionally, and especially toward children; For the better or worse. I am saying all this to say we were not there, and we were not given alll of the evidence the jury was given.
For whatever reason YHWH has allowed this woman to have a chance at life beyond this incident. Unfortunately a child has passed but God knew her fate before she entered into this world. I believe sometimes some only come to help those who are already here. I know many of you won’t understand my thoughts within this note and that is okay. Yet I will write cause GOD has placed it upon my heart. If no one else will pray for CASEY I will. Even the theif on the cross with Jesus was given a chance in the 9th hour… If this should become anotha unsung song within the justice system; I can rest well knowing YHWH has the last say so. Vengence is the Lord’s and who are we to judge? I know CASEY maybe guilty but who am I to convict her when GOD has granted her a pardon..We reap what we sow and do know if there is injustice within the system there will be none with GOD!
Even if my plea seems bias with my own history (pics=life experiences) I ask YHWH to remove my emotions and flesh and allow me to see things thru the eyes of the spirit. In this there is compassion, love, justice, and truth. I am thankful that my fate does not lye in the hands of man nor does Casey’s. Even if this verdict is deserving of her only GOD could allow it to come forth. MAN does not know our destiny but YHWH does and allows us to make choices along the way. This case was not just for CASEY but if your heart was touched it was for you too. Please ask God what you are to gain from this on a spiritual level and look beyond the media and your own opinion of this woman, but allow God to show you truly what you are to take from this and be open and prepared for what GOD will show you. Believe me you will be surprised what you will be shown..Fast and pray try GOD at his word in Jeremiah 33:3 he says; ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’
As I close I just want to say please DON’T SLEEP! as my one of my favorite artise E.Badu sings “STAY WOKE” don’t allow the tricks & illusions of this world to allow you to condemn people. I am not saying CASEY is not GUILTY because I don’t know but what I do know is that my ABBA knows and the righteous is never forsaken.. So in the end that little baby girl that is no longer with us SHALL WIN! How? Cause she is with the greatest winner of all time YHWH. May the grace of God keep you and the Spirit of GOD be with you as you continue your journey in this earth called life.
Proverbs 3:5-7 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding, In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil.
Jude 1:24-25
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling,And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever.
Amen.
Sincerely, Sistah Kenya

The Enemy Within
What is this evil force men speak of?
One who deems to rule the world?
Where is his horns and jagged tail?
Is there really such a force that dwells within space
Or is it just within us? Do we embrace it
And then throw it away when we are done
As long as we invite it in it shall always be
So who is to say that it doesn’t exist within us
Lurking for an opportunity to pounce on
An emotion or feeling only to increase
In power bringing along others for
The treat, 7 more and 7 more and 7 more
Every time it returns within scores
Yet we continue to be unaware of the enemy
Within us that is raging war on our souls
Yet we live as dead spiritual beings
As the enemy takes control of our
Mind, body and soul
Truly the war is inevitable but it can be won
First you must acknowledge that you
Are not alone & not the only one
Who struggles with these types of dealings
Now that you have been warned take precaution
Guard you mind, heart and soul
Let no one take control
When the enemy strikes within and it will
Hold your ground and remain strong
Allow JAH’s spirit to guide you to
Safe and higher ground, in this life
You will face adversity
But do know that the enemy within is already
Defeated and the conqueror lives within you
The enemy within does not rule you
Free yourself of evil
And the residue will no longer linger
Shalom

To Be A Tree
I often times wonder what it is like to be a tree
To sprout from a seed and bask within the sunlight
To suck in the nutrients of nearby lakes and streams
Spreading my roots to solid ground digging deep
Deep beyond where the eye can see
Hugging the rocks within my path
Stretching my branches so that every limb is free
So free that every leaf can blow in the wind
No matter what comes my way
I bend but don’t break because like
A tree planted by waters I shall not move
My leaves turn colors and shed with the season
I learn to bear much fruit
Yet the life of a tree is lonely
One in a million within a forest
To be sought after and taken for granted
The very oxygen that I generate has now been sifted
No longer am I sight for beauty
Just a stump to be had yet I reach deep within
And dig down, only to come up again
Sprouting more trunk, new branches and leaves
Why? Because I am a tree and no matter what
That is my mission and purpose for being
The life journey continues not death
But life eternally for the giver of life
Continues to give unto me freely
To be a tree
